Our Service is not directed toward individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18 years. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

10.    Third-Party Integrations and External Platforms

If you access Geophrase functionality via third-party websites or apps that integrate our API, we may receive data from those platforms. We do not control how those third parties manage or store such data. Users are encouraged to review their privacy policies.

When redirected to services like Google Maps, those platforms may collect additional Personal Data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

13.    Grievance Officer

We hereby appoint our Support Manager as the grievance officer for the purposes of the rules drafted under the Information Technology Act, 2000, who may be contacted at support@geophrase.com. You may address any grievances you may have in respect of this privacy policy or usage of your Protected Information or other data to him.
